Greetings from East Pakistan! I hope you are well. Life here is nothing short of wild. My employer is one of several western companies all with the same objective. Every day here is a race to find oil. It’s like the wild west. The rugged landscape doesn’t make it easy. I get to fly on a lot of helicopters. You would love it. So far, I’ve flown on the Bell 206 and Bell-47. Great views. Weather is unpredictable. I’ve come to greatly appreciate the pilots of the East Pakistan Heli Service. The food here is intense. Lots of spices. Had a tough time at first. I’m taking lots of pictures.
Hope to make it back home by Sept or October, or sooner if war breaks out. (not a joke) Anyway, take pal.
